Timothy Klob

Tim Klob attended Georgia State University College of Law and is licensed to practice in Georgia and Tennessee.  With over 15 years of litigation experience, Mr. Klob has focused on the two complementary areas of workers’ compensation and Social Security disability to provide the most effective representation possible for his clients. 

Mr. Klob grew up in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in civil engineering. Following graduation, he moved to Atlanta to work as a civil engineer for the Georgia Department of Transportation where he performed traffic forecasting studies and managed a statewide program for highway beautification projects.  Mr. Klob is licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer by the State of Georgia.

As a workers’ compensation and Social Security disability attorney, Mr. Klob has handled hundreds of claims for injured workers and disabled individuals in both Georgia and Tennessee.  Mr. Klob is an active member of both the National Association of Disability Representatives and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, as well as the Walton and Gwinnett County Bar Associations.  For his efforts on behalf of the local community, Mr. Klob received the "Community's Finest Attorney" award from the Loganville Tribune.

In addition to his private law practice, Mr. Klob currently serves in the rank of Major with the United States Army Reserve (Judge Advocate General’s Corps) as Brigade Judge Advocate for the 4th Brigade of the 94th Division.  As Brigade Judge Advocate, Mr. Klob is principal legal advisor to the brigade commander and also provides legal assistance to Soldiers at installations in Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, California and Texas.
